FAQ:

◦ I downloaded this app but how do I open it?

You have to install the free Substratum app to use this app, this requires root or a custom rom with Substratum support!

◦ How can I use this with other themes?

Make sure you didn't hit the 'Disable other themes' switch before building and/or applying an Lock Clean overlay.

◦ I applied the Lock Clean overlays but some lockscreen elements didn't hide, am I doing something wrong?

Not every rom or Android firmware is fully supported. Some roms implemented things in a different way which results in Lock Clean not working as intended.
